DESCRIPTION
When an accented character is entered (á,é,í,ó,ú,Á,É,Í,Ó,Ú), only the character
appears in the text box, but not the accent mark.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select "Text Tool"
2. Enter an accented character from the keyboard. (eg: "é")
OBSERVED RESULT
It appears without an accent mark in the text box. (eg: "e")
EXPECTED RESULT
the character is displayed correctly
