After the latest update on Fedora KDE, Dolphin file operation notifications no
longer auto-dismiss.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Dolphin.
2. Copy a small file.
3. Wait until the copy operation is finished.
4. The notification says "Copy operation completed".
Expected result:
The notification should disappear automatically after a few seconds, as it did
before the update.
Actual result:
The notification stays visible until manually closed.
Additional info:
Normal notifications, e.g. notify-send "Test" "Message", disappear correctly.
The issue occurs on two separate Fedora KDE installations after the latest
update.
