DESCRIPTION

System Settings does not offer the option to control monitor brightness via
ddc/ci, but I can control the brightness using ddcutil

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Navigate to Display Configuration

OBSERVED RESULT

No option to control brightness via ddc/ci

EXPECTED RESULT

Option to control brightness via ddc/ci is displayed
