Two Discover entries
DESCRIPTION
A duplicated entry appears in search results when modifying the search query
after selecting an item.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Select the "Discover" app in the list
2. Search for "dis", the result shows only the selected item
3. Delete back the "s" character so the search text becomes "di"
4. An unexpected duplicated entry appears in the list, see attachment
OBSERVED RESULT
Two Discover entries appear in the list (both highlighted as selected).
EXPECTED RESULT
No duplicated items should appear in the search results.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Not all items exhibit this issue, but some do.
Test procedure:
1) Select an item
2) Search for it until the result list shows only the selected item
3) Delete characters one by one
4) Out of the first 10 items tested, 7 behaved correctly, while 3 showed the
duplication issue (Crashed Processes Viewer, Discover, Emoji Selector)
