DESCRIPTION
System Settings does not copy user provided icons to /usr/share/icons. This
causes the login manager to not display any icons, as it can't access
~/.local/share/icons.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2. Go to Icons page
3. Install a new icon pack
4. Go to login manager page
5. Press "Apply plasma settings"
6. Logout
7. See login manager without icons
OBSERVED RESULT
No user provided icons in login manager
EXPECTED RESULT
Icons in login manager provided by the user
