DESCRIPTION
A tiny border appears under the panel when I set fractional scaling factor to
135%, my monitor's resolution is 2560x1440. Border's color depends on the
wallpaper, its noticeable the most on bright wallpaper and dark theme and vice
versa. It appears as if the panel keeps floating just a tiny little bit.
Problem disappears on any other scaling I've tested
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to the display settings
2. Change the scaling factor
3. Observe that panel doesn't go all the way to the bottom of the screen
OBSERVED RESULT
It looks like a border appears under the panel
EXPECTED RESULT
No line on the bottom of the screen
