DESCRIPTION
Previously, with SDDM, a workaround for removing the blur effect on a login
screen wallpaper was available by editing a qml file in the following location
for your current theme, and removing the WallpaperFader section:
/usr/share/sddm/themes/*/Main.qml
There is an unsupported workaround, and the ability to remove the blur has
already been raised a few times before:

It would be nice if this was supported officially, as removing blur is no
longer easily possible in the new plasma-login-manager. Regardless, the user
still has to edit the following file to remove blur on the lockscreen, so
manually removing this effect from both places (even in an unsupported manner)
is starting to become pretty cumbersome / difficult:
/usr/share/plasma/shells/org.kde.plasma.desktop/contents/lockscreen/LockScreenUi.qml
