DESCRIPTION
meta+rightclick has awkward interaction with kickoff. kickoff is usually
sticking to its icon but with meta+rightclick you can (temporarily) break that
and move the window where you want. this is in contrast to meta+leftclick which
is disabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
0. standard session
1. open kickoff
2. meta+rightclick near the right window edge to grow it to the right
3. meta+rightclick near the left window edge to then **shrink** it to the right
OBSERVED RESULT
kickoff is now on the right side of the screen
EXPECTED RESULT
kickoff sticks to the left side of the screen
