Noah Davis <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Resolution|WAITINGFORINFO |UPSTREAM Status|NEEDSINFO |RESOLVED --- Comment #4 from Noah Davis <[email protected]> --- (In reply to ELO 2020 from comment #1) > This might be caused by some keyboard issue. I use a Logitech MX Keys S > keyboard, but when I press the Print Screen button to register a new > shortcut, it's recorded as a "Meta+Shift+S" instead of "Print". TBH, this sounds like a manufacturer trying to be too smart for their own good, or maybe only caring about the average user from their own perspective. On Windows, Meta+Shift+S is the shortcut for launching Windows' screenshot app while PrintScreen does the old fashioned bitmap to clipboard thing. You have to use a Logitech app on Windows to make it use PrintScreen. I'm not sure if there's an alternative for Linux. https://www.logitech.com/en-us/discover/a/keyboard-shortcut-print-screen -- You are receiving this mail because: You are watching all bug changes.
