DESCRIPTION
When the system starts, KDE Connect request to capture input events, even if
the plugin for it is disabled from the desktop application and from the mobile
app itself.
If the plugin is enabled, after some time, randomly the cursor gets captured on
it's own without interacting with KDE Connect desktop app in any way, disabling
the plugin still causes the mouse to be captured randomly but at least it does
not control the mobile device.
Also, even if I allow it to capture input events, it asks for it every time the
"kdeconnectd" is launched (if it is paired with another device).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Start the system
2. KDE Connect requests to capture input events
3. Allow it
4. Randomly, after some time, the mouse cursor gets captured and it now
controls the mobile device
OBSERVED RESULT
KDE Connect requesting to capture inputs on its own every time when the KDE
Connect app is launched, even if the permission was given to do it before.
EXPECTED RESULT
KDE Connect only asking to capture inputs when "Remote input" is selected from
the "Controls" tab.
KDE Connect not asking for input capture permission every time when the app is
started/paired with another device.
