There was definitely a language chosen in the installer. Honestly, that KCM was odd to me, the first time I saw it. - Why are there no layouts? Why isn't my language already here? Is this a bug? - The Enable toggle seems weird. Why would I have to enable this before adding a layout? Why can't I just... add a layout? - As a new non-technical user - if my keyboard is working, do I *need* to add my language here or no? I can but should I?
