DESCRIPTION
Setting ElectricBorders=2 prevents a auto-hidden taskbar from showing on mouse
hover.
ElectricBorders=0 resolves this.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set ElectricBorders=2 in file ./config/kwinrc
2. Set taskbar to autohide
3. Move mouse to screenedge
OBSERVED RESULT
Taskbar will not show on mouse hover
EXPECTED RESULT
Taskbar should show on mouse hover
