I believe I can reproduce this crash relatively easily on a Fedora system
running Plasma 6.6.5 by doing the following:

1. Go to System Settings > Text & Fonts > Fonts
2. Set the General font to "Noto Color Emoji"
3. Close and re-open System Settings > Text & Fonts > Fonts

I attached a backtrace caught using both gdb and valgrind. They might be messed
up though as it's way past my bedtime.
