Summary: Feature request: a convenient way to launch an
external editor

Having come from Lightroom recently, I use digikam to manage my collection and
external RAW editors for editing.
AFAICT, there is no convenient way of opening a photo in a specified external
editor.
- Open With requires a few mouse clicks every time.
- Open with default application delegates to mime defaults, which requires
updating the system default for each mime type.
I'd suggest an "Open with external editor" command instead, that simply passes
the file to a digikam-configured command, i.e.:
- Configure either a binary or a cli (with basic substitution, don't know if
needed) in settings
- Expose via right-click menu and keyboard shortcuts.
- Optionally make this the default action for double-click or similar.
Wdyt?
