Not really.

It breaks on KDE Neon with Flatpak Chrome.
It does not break on Garuda Linux KDE edition with Flatpak Chrome.

Flatpak Chrome should be the same on both systems, so it's something outside
Chrome and Flatpak. It's something that is preset or configured somehow by
default by KDE Neon, but not Garuda specifically.

I can test other KDE distros if needed, but it'd would be very blind test. If
you can think of something, some system component then I can focus more on it
maybe?

Or if you are really, really sure this if not something KDE should fix, then
please close the task again. I just wanted to highlight that I don't think this
is 100% Chrome's fault.
