DESCRIPTION
There are packages that are available that provide the full Distro wiki like
Arch Wiki, Gentoo Wiki, FreeBSD documentation, etc for offline viewing.
KHelpCenter should be able to read the documentation from these packages and
show them, if they are installed. For example if "arch-wiki-docs" package is
installed then it should be able to read the Arch Wiki and show it in the KDE
Help Center application. Something akin to Wikiman
