DESCRIPTION
Telegram's notification badge in the taskbar is significantly larger than in
Plasma 6.6 stable. When audio or video starts playing in Telegram, the badge
jumps upward, overlapping the application logo. Everything beneath the
misplaced badge is rendered as part of the background layer of the task cell
(z-order issue).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Pin Telegram to the taskbar
2. Receive several notifications in Telegram (observe oversized badge)
3. Start playing audio or video inside Telegram
OBSERVED RESULT
- Notification badge is larger than in Plasma 6.6 stable
- Badge jumps upward when media plays, covering the app logo
- Content beneath the badge loses correct z-order and renders as task cell
background
EXPECTED RESULT
- Badge size consistent with Plasma 6.6 stable
- Badge stays in correct position regardless of media playback
