I did read the guide on how to obtain the trace that led to the crash; however, I'm not skilled enough to find this execution trace of the crash. Indeed, there's no crash message either when the PC freezes or when it restarts. Furthermore, I can't find gdb in the "discover" program library. The screen remains black, and I no longer have access to the keyboard; I have to press and hold the power button to restart.
