Otherwise it seems random and the obvious question is "why?" This wastes both of our time. Please get in the habit of explaining your use cases for every new feature you request. What you're asking for is also already possible; you can configure the level at which the pixel grid appears in the Zoom effect settings on the Accessibility page.
