DESCRIPTION
Mouse cursor previews appear garbled
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Launch System Settings
2. Select "Colors & Themes"
3. Select "Cursors" and move the mouse cursor on top of one of the curson icons
in the privew panels
OBSERVED RESULT
Mouse cursor previews appear garbled
EXPECTED RESULT
Mouse curors previews show normally
