DESCRIPTION
Disabling my secondary monitor causes stuttering in my main monitor. This
applies to all desktops, windows, and games. I reinstalled catchyOS with KDE
plasma but no luck. Turns out it was me disabling my secondary monitor that
caused the issue. Re-enabling solved the stuttering.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Remove checkmark from Device: Enabled and apply
2. Desktop, windows, and mice stutter. Can be reversed by re-enabling secondary
monitor.
3.
