DESCRIPTION
Kolourpaint zoom function is completely broken when using Arabic number locale.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set specifically your number locale/language to any of the Arabic languages
(ex. JO_AR)
2. Start Kolourpaint
3. Attempt to use any of the zoom functions, shortcuts, or manual percentage
selection.
OBSERVED RESULT
Kolourpaint zooms out to 1% irrespective of which button was selected. It is
only possible to zoom back in via using the "Drag to Zoom in" function or
manually typing in a percentage.
EXPECTED RESULT
Zoom buttons functioning as expected.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Lubuntu 26.04 LTS (Resolute Raccoon) x86_64
KDE Plasma Version: Nonapplicable.
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.24.0-0ubuntu1
