The new global theme creator that was introduced in plasma 6.6 doesn't at all
work well.
I did some experimenting.
- I activated the Breeze global theme given by the system (first attachment)
- I moved the panel to the left side of the screen and changed the size a bit
(second attachment)
- I created a new global theme of the situation of the second attachment
- finally I activated this new global theme. Result in third attachment.
I could go on en on. It just never is "spot on"

1. Change a global theme of the system/distribution (eg breeze)
2. Create a new global theme of this situation
3. apply new global theme
OBSERVED RESULT
The applied new global theme is wrong
EXPECTED RESULT
The applied new global theme is exactly the way I made it.
