DESCRIPTION

My laptop screen is reported at 100% brightness but it is not and very dark.
Cheking whith `brightnessctl`, the value is `148501`. The actual maximum value
is `495000`.

If I exec `brightnessctl set 100%`, the screen brightness is correctly
adjusted.
If I use the applet and move brightness down and back to 100%, then it comes
back to `148501`

This happened after I put my laptop in sleep while it was plugged to an
external monitor, and that external monitor was declared as the primary
monitor.
I unplugged the external monitor while sleeping, woke it up and I observed
screen being at 100% brightness, then getting darkner - I suppose when KDE
changed what was the primary monitor back to my laptop one.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. connect to external monitor, set it as primary
2. put laptop into sleep
3. unplug external monitor
4. wake up laptop

OBSERVED RESULT

The laptop monitor get the unplugged external monitor as max brightness value
in brightness applet

EXPECTED RESULT

The max value is actually the one of the laptop, so that when the applet is at
"100%", it matches the 100% of `brightnessctl`.
