I can reproduce what you're seeing with Plasma 6.6.5. The problem is likely due
to a time zone calculation error. It's either coming from wetter.com or it's in
the widget code. I saw that wetter.com, which is a German weather service, is
the only provider listed for Firestone, CO

The website displays temperatures correctly for the city
https://www.wetter.com/vereinigte-staaten/firestone/US5577008.html

The Weather widget developers can take a look and see where the root cause is.
