DESCRIPTION
Konsole does not allow to scroll all the way down on touch, scrollbar works but
as soon as get touch ınput, scrolls a bit up by itself.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Konsole
2. Run a long output command
3. Try scrolling with touch
OBSERVED RESULT
Fails to scrolling to last lines
EXPECTED RESULT
Being able to scroll everywhere
