DESCRIPTION
This is a recurrent crash notification I see almost every time I log in my
desktop. This is also present on a fully fresh install.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Log in Plasma
OBSERVED RESULT
No crash notification should be shown (in the sense of this shouldn't just
crash/segfault)
EXPECTED RESULT
drkonqi-coredump-launcher crashes and a notification screams about it almost
every login
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): Arch Linux
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.5
