We need a few more details in order to find out what's happening. If this is still happening in Plasma 6.6.5: 1. When you load your custom theme, in the popup which option are you selecting? - Appearance settings - Desktop and window layout 2. Can you please create a zip file with the contents of your theme and attach it to this report? It will be saved under this directory with the theme name ~/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel/ So create a zip of ~/.local/share/plasma/look-and-feel/themename and attach it.
