Proof
The default network management applet (clicking the Wi-Fi tray icon) displays
hardcoded English strings "Download" and "Upload" in its speed graph legend
when the system language is set to Polish.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Set the system language to Polish (pl_PL).
2. Click on the Wi-Fi icon in the system tray to open the network list.
3. Look at the data throughput graph under the active connection.
OBSERVED RESULT
The chart legend shows "Download" and "Upload".
EXPECTED RESULT
The labels should be localized to Polish as "Pobieranie" and "Wysyłanie".
