[krita] [Bug 483477] while using it, the application hung up after I turned it on again, the sensitivity of any brush is slow, resistant, it does not detect movement well

The circle around that slows the brush down must be the Stabilizer, go to Tool
Options when you're using a brush and from the Smoothing options choose "Basic"
instead.
