I move a clip around with the mouse trying to exploit the bug. Sometimes the clip jumps back, this is when I press CTRL+Z (Undo). It seems to be tied to compositions and not directly to track effects as I thought at first, but they play a role as well. In this video I try exploiting it but it begins to start getting interesting at 2:34 when I add a composition (you can FF there) and it gets weird when I add a track effect to the composited track (V4) at 3:05.
