DESCRIPTION
When using second layer of subtitle, the drag selection and "remove blank"
would only works on the first layer
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Create new subtitle layer, create some on both layers
2.1 Use shift+left click to drag select
2.2 Right click timeline and use "Remove blank on all timeline" (Not sure what
the exact wording in English)
OBSERVED RESULT
Second layer of subtitle gets left out
EXPECTED RESULT
All layers of Subtitles treated as all tracks on timeline
