DESCRIPTION

Pretty simple, in the Wi-Fi & Internet section, the "Apply" button does not
work when something is changed in the Wired Connection section. The check mark
next to "Apply" is grayed out.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Settings
2.  Go to Wi-Fi & Internet section
3. Select Wired Connection
4. Try to change anything 

OBSERVED RESULT

Apply button does not work and check mark is grayed out on the button

EXPECTED RESULT

Check mark should light up when a parameter has changed.
