DESCRIPTION
On a fresh KDE install the default value in advanced power settings are :
low battery 10%
critical battery 5%
10% ain't a fair default warning to get your charger and combined with the
default "after 5 minutes hibernate" value it may happen that if you are running
a few heavy applications that hibernation is not going to succeed and you won't
be able to restore your session(happened to me)
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. open power management
2. go to advanced power management options
OBSERVED RESULT
low battery 10%
critical battery 5%
EXPECTED RESULT
low battery 20%
critical battery 8 or 10%

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
Somehow Upower has low=20% default but whats set in powerdevil takes precedence
I don't know if its an issue or not
