DESCRIPTION
GPU utilization showing wrong value compared to nvidia-smi or btop
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open System Monitor
2. View GPU usage
3. Compare to "nvidia-smi dmon" gpu usage result (sm) or btop.
OBSERVED RESULT
The ksystemstats GPU usage shows significantly incorrect values;
btop/lact/nvidia-smi: 20-40%
ksystemstats: 90-110%
EXPECTED RESULT
The same value on everything
