only works the first time

Target Milestone: ---
DESCRIPTION
When I use the settings menu in KClock (on a desktop) to change default timer
ring sound to something else like Nightlights or Glazed or anything else from
the listed ringtones, it will work for the current session.
But when I kill the application, like using Flatpak kill or just killing both
KClockD and KClock processes, and restart the application, timer ringtone
changes to the default ringtone.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open settings page
2. Change default timer ring sound to something else other than the default
3. Restart KClock and KClockD
4. Run a short timer to test the results
OBSERVED RESULT
Timer ringtone resets to default on restart.
EXPECTED RESULT
Timer ringtone doesn't reset to default on restart, other than the one I
changed the ringtone to.
