So far the only windows that are effected are games, reboot screen, and
spectacle in fullscreen. What's weird is that it will work eventually if you
force the fullscreen shortcut, but the first time you press the shortcut it
makes the window centered, but it slides it behind the taskbar and then if I
press the fullscreen button again that's when it finally goes into fullscreen
without the taskbar. Here is the output of the command:
