attachment 1, scale slider

DESCRIPTION
When Display Configuration is opened through "Most used pages" in Quick
Settings and the default monitor (monitor whose settings are displayed when
Display Configuration is first opened) is selected as the one to change
settings for (in case of a multi-monitor system, in case of a single-monitor
system there is only one), the arrow buttons next to the box with a percentage
value of Scale slider (see attachment 1) don't work, as in nothing happens when
they are hovered over. If a monitor other than the default one is selected, or
if Display Configuration is opened through the side panel of Settings rather
than through Quick Settings, the arrow keys work as intended.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open Display Configuration through Most used pages in Quick Settings
2. Hover a mouse over one of the up/down arrow of Scale percentage box

OBSERVED RESULT
Nothing happens

EXPECTED RESULT
The arrow and the percentage box light up

SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System: EndeavourOS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.26.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
I tested this on my desktop and laptop running EndeavourOS, an EndeavourOS VM
with Plasma 6.6.5, the same VM with Plasma 6.6.90 beta and a Fedora VM with
Plasma 6.6.5, this bug happened on all of them.
I tested on EndeavourOS and Fedora live ISOs, both with Plasma 6.6.4, it worked
fine.
Therefore I assume it broke in 6.6.5.
