DESCRIPTION
For the Kalpa Desktop, I am now shipping 4 new default themes,
KalpaLight/KalpaDark and KalpaLight-Chef'sChoice/KalpaDark-Chef'sChoice

The Chef's Choice variants change the desktop layout, moving the panel to the
right side of the screen, setting it to autohide, setting it to fit content,
etc.

With "Switch to Dark Mode at Night" disabled, when I select a new global theme,
I get a popup asking me what parts of the theme I wish to apply. With "Switch
to Dark Mode at Night" enabled, selecting a new theme does not cause the popup
to appear, which means the new desktop layout never gets applied.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Switch Global Theme with "Switch to Dark Mode at Night" enabled
2. No Popup for asking what parts of the theme to apply
3. Disable "Switch to Dark Mode at Night"
4. Select new Global Theme, Small window pops up, with checkboxes for what
parts of the theme to apply

OBSERVED RESULT
Applying the whole Global Theme isn't possible, with "Switch to Dark Mode at
Night" enabled

EXPECTED RESULT
When Selecting a new Global Theme, you always get the popup asking which parts
of the theme to apply

OR

All Parts of a theme are applied by default when switching
