DESCRIPTION
As the title says, some desktop files tooltips are bigger than they should,
I'll attach a screenshot of this.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Hover over the desktop file with the long name to see the tooltip

tooltips are bigger than they should
EXPECTED RESULT
tooltips are normal sized
