DESCRIPTION
When I move the window of the Hytale Launcher and of Local Send to the sides of
the screen and on the sides of other windows to anchor them, instead of cleanly
anchoring they flicker heavily.
This is also happening on older version of Plasma like 6.6.5
I'll add a video of this issue.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. move the window of the Hytale Launcher and of Local Send to the sides of the

OBSERVED RESULT
instead of cleanly anchoring they flicker heavily
EXPECTED RESULT
they anchor cleanly without flickering
