DESCRIPTION
Window rules can be added and removed, but not configured. I'm not sure exactly
how to explain. See image. I cannot select a color scheme.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Go to the Window Rules page.
2. Create a window rule.
3. Add "Titlebar color scheme"
OBSERVED RESULT
There is no control to select a color scheme.
EXPECTED RESULT
There is a select menu to choose a color scheme.
