DESCRIPTION
After a regular update on openSUSE Slowroll, BT cannot be enabled. It did work
after first installation, and does if I go back to earliest system snapshot.
Not sure since which update BT is broken now.
In System settings, the slider switches (top right and in sidebar) go to and
stay on "Enabled" when clicked (no other visible effect), but do not affect
each other's status. The center button "Enable" has no effect at all.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Install openSUSE Slowroll, ensured BT is enabled and fully functional.
2. Run full update (`zypper dup`). If using the nonstandard repos, then with
`--allow-vendor-change`. May be necessary to also try with all recommended
dependencies.
3. Check BT status, and try to enable.
OBSERVED RESULT
Tray icon grey, system settings cannot enable BT.
EXPECTED RESULT
Tray icon black, BT up and running, system settings able to toggle it.
