Log of the CachyOS system

DESCRIPTION

With two 120Hz monitors connected to the same computer via HDMI, when the
screen automatically turns off due to the power management settings, and after
1 or 2 minutes the keyboard or mouse is pressed to reactivate them by
displaying the lock screen, only one monitor turns on. The other remains off
until the HDMI cable is unplugged and plugged back in.

This problem only occurs if both monitors are configured with a 120Hz refresh
rate. If the monitor that doesn't reactivate after the automatic screen turn
off is configured with a 60Hz refresh rate, this problem does not occur, and it
reactivates correctly.

I think this started happening after I installed KDE version 6.6.5; this
problem didn't occur with previous versions.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE

1. Two monitors connected to the same computer with a refresh rate of 120Hz or
higher.

2. Waiting for the automatic screen shutdown triggered by the power management
settings.

3. Wait one or two minutes and press the keyboard or mouse to wake them up
again, displaying the lock screen.

OBSERVED RESULT

One of the monitors will turn on, while the other will remain off indefinitely
until you unplug the HDMI cable and plug it back in.

EXPECTED RESULT

Both monitors should then turn on.
