DESCRIPTION
when you right click on an app in the dock/taskbar and your language is arabic,
the popup placement is off, and since rtl is involved, it must've been flipped
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. set system lang to arabic
2. right click on an app icon in a taskbar or dock
OBSERVED RESULT
the popup placement is off, away from the mouse
EXPECTED RESULT
the placement shouldn't be off
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
Operating System (available in the Info Center app, or by running `kinfo` in a
terminal window): secureblue 44 (based on fedora kinoite)
KDE Plasma Version: 6.6.5
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.26.0
Qt Version: 6.11.1
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
looks like the release comes with another rtl bug, wonder what changed
