DESCRIPTION
If editing a file from a network share and the path becomes inaccessible due
to lost network connection Kate freezes. Completely. Not just 'I can't edit the
text' (which is understandable) the entire UI becomes unresponsive (less so).
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Open a file mounted from a network share
2. Disconnect from the network
3. Try typing
OBSERVED RESULT
The entire application hangs
EXPECTED RESULT
Still able to use the application and throw a warning that the path is
inaccessible when saving
