Video of the the extra empty entries and of the menus changing size after
hovering on them
DESCRIPTION
There is an extra empty entry in the "more actions" button on the Global Theme
pages, and also if I hover over the "more actions" menu on the Window
Decorations and Pointer page, they change size.
Also I've just noticed that those menus have some darker square corners
appearing on the rounded corners, I'll add a screenshot of all these issues,
and this issue happens with and without the blur effect enabled.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Click the "more actions" button on the Global Theme pages

OBSERVED RESULT
-There is an extra empty entry
-Hovering over the menus makes them change size
-Those menus have darker square corners over the rounded corners
