DESCRIPTION
Currently, xdg-open can pull you to another workspace.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Have dolphin open in another workspace.
2. Open the same folder with `xdg-open <folder name>`
OBSERVED RESULT
Plasma automatically switch you to another workspace.
EXPECTED RESULT
Launch new instance of dolphin.
SOFTWARE/OS VERSIONS
KDE Plasma Version: 6.3.6
KDE Frameworks Version: 6.13.0
Qt Version: 6.8.2

In my opinion, you should be able to choose if you want to be able to move to a
different activity (or even virtual desktop).
