DESCRIPTION
The file transfer dialog has an "undefined" in the header. Not sure what should
be there in its place.
Also the file count shows "X of 0 files", meaning the current count is shown,
but not the total count.
Folder count correctly shows "X of Y folders" during the same transfer.
STEPS TO REPRODUCE
Copy a large enough directory to produce a file transfer progress dialog.
Moving and copying both reproduce this on local and remote filesystems.
