DESCRIPTION
I set up KDE Linux version 202605270455 on my computer (it was the latest build
at that time) and noticed that only the headings of the setup wizard are shown
in German. The rest is in English. plasma-setup is fully translated to German
(see https://l10n.kde.org/stats/gui/trunk-kf6/team/de/plasma-setup/) and I
recall translating some of the strings I saw during the setup of my computer.
Somehow, it does not use the translations though.

STEPS TO REPRODUCE
1. Boot a KDE Linux Live system
2. Install it and reboot
3. plasma-setup launches
OBSERVED RESULT
After selecting any language other than English, the headings of the individual
pages are translated to this language. All other strings remain English.
EXPECTED RESULT
All strings are being translated - headings and text.
